La Locanda del Postino's restaurant offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the flavours of the island while admiring Pollara's suggestive sunset over Alicudi and Filicudi. In the summer months dinner is served on a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and surrounded by the crater of Pollara. After the sunset we put lanterns on the tables to create a romantic and suggestive atmosphere. The low lighting allows guests to admire the beautiful starry sky of Pollara. In the cold months and rainy evenings we serve dinner in the picturesque setting of a garden covered by a pergola or inside the Palmento, so as to offer guests a warm and cosy atmosphere.

The restaurant serves traditional Aeolian and Sicilian dishes, mainly based on fish and seasonal vegetables, skilfully cooked by our chef who has managed to combine innovation in the kitchen with respect for the raw materials, the real strength of our culinary offer.

Each season has its own fish and vegetables, and this connection with the sea and the land, and what each month offers, are the guidelines that accompany our culinary offer. We collaborate with local fishermen and farmers who ensure that our products are fresh every day and obtained using sustainable fishing and farming methods.

At lunchtime, you will find a reduced menu for a light lunch of taste and refinement. The restaurant is open daily for both our guests and external customers.
