La Locanda offers three Deluxe rooms. One of them is a double room located on the upper floor, while the other two—a triple and a quadruple—are located on the lower floor.
The Deluxe room on the upper floor features a private bathroom, an internal balcony with sea view, and a private terrace overlooking a small palm grove that faces the sea and the right side of the crater, from where guests can admire the Church of Sant’Onofrio and the Semaforo, a small castle once used as an observation post by the navy. Thanks to the large palm tree standing in front of the terrace, the room is always cool and well ventilated, and the internal balcony offers a direct view of the Faraglione. The room is furnished with simple and understated furniture in perfect Aeolian style and enhanced by antique, handcrafted majolica tiles, recovered during the restoration from old floors and disused bagghi. The wrought-iron bed and bedside tables, along with the large wooden wardrobe built into the wall, testify to the craftsmanship of the local artisans who created them..
The Deluxe triple and quadruple rooms are spacious and furnished in Aeolian style, with wrought-iron beds and bedside tables and antique decorative tiles found in the house during the restoration. The rooms feature a very large terrace with views of the sea, the sunset, the Pollara crater, and the garden of native palm trees, which help maintain a consistently cool temperature. The spacious terrace is always furnished with a hammock, sun lounger, table, and chairs.
